one of the rudest companies i have ever come across, i was actually hung up on! It is legal to self install a log burner, you would think the people selling the items related to that could assist! The lady on the phone would not allow me to describe my problem and refused point blank to assist in solving the issue. Lost a significant sale and i will be more than happy to inform people not to use this company
